About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly in requirement gathering, implementation, and providing functional support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure Odoo modules, and ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently gather and analyze client requirements to map business processes with Odoo functionality.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client requirements.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide functional support during and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and other development needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.
  • Perform functional testing of Odoo workflows, features, and custom developments before deployment.
  • Lead data migration and validation processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  •  𝟮–𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  •  Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing etc.).
  •  Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains.
  •  Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  •  Proven ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
  •  Experience in Odoo Studio and functional testing.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Odoo certification (Functional / Technical).
  • Experience with data migration tools and Odoo reporting.
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
